We process navigation data (technical logs, IP address, device data) needed to run and secure the site, and the data you voluntarily send via WhatsApp, phone or email to ask for information or book a table. We use it only to reply and handle your request: no profiling, no selling to third parties.

For non-essential cookies: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), revocable at any time. To handle booking/information requests: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b/f). Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose.
